DB 200 Macchina per il Calcestruzzo Self Loading Mixer

The DB 200 is the only self-loading concrete mixer made in Fiori with an articulated chassis. Equipped with a modern high-pressure hydrostatic transmission, without mechanical gearbox, it is the perfect mix of agility and efficiency.
Resulting from the best compromise between compactness and productivity, the new DB 200 delivers a yield of 2.0 m³ of concrete per cycle. Like all FIORI self-loading concrete mixers, it boasts a comfortable and spacious cab (doors on request) which, thanks to the reversible driver's station, provides the operator with unprecedented comfort and safety in its category.
The unique design of the drum, which can be lifted during unloading, allows for excellent concrete mixing quality which, together with the CBV 2.0 system (optional), makes it suitable for those jobs where certification of the concrete production process is required. The standard clamshell bucket enables faster loading, improving productivity on site.

DB 200 - PERFORMANCE AND MOBILITY

Great stability and articulated chassis. The front swinging differential axle guarantees excellent stability even under full load on difficult and rough terrain. Thanks to the double jack that controls the articulation of the chassis, manoeuvring is quick and easy. The DB 200 also boasts a spacious and comfortable cab with a swivelling seat that guarantees perfect driving reversibility.

DB 200 - LOADING SYSTEM

Visibility, manoeuvrability and high-quality mixing thanks to the double truncated cone-shaped drum with convex bottom and dual-screw mixing system. Fixed loader with automatic unloading hatch whereby material loading is optimised and spillage prevented when introducing the components into the drum.

DB 200 - NEW MIX CONTROL

The new Mix Control offers the possibility of operating the drum directly from the ground, eliminating the need to return to the cab. Thanks to the touch screen, you have the option of programming the water load, starting and stopping the mixing/discharging process and adjusting the drum rotation speed. In addition, the new Mix Control provides a direct display of messages about possible engine problems, thus being able to inhibit drum rotation.

DB 200 - BITING BUCKET

The large standard clamshell bucket (driven by dual hydraulic cylinders), with a capacity of 500 litres, ensures greater productivity when loading aggregates and, above all, facilitates the loading of cement from the upper mouth, minimising dust spillage.
